NOVOSENSE (02676) shares jumped more than 7% in Hong Kong trading on Tuesday, with the stock climbing 7.18% to HK$182.2 at the time of writing, on turnover of HK$42.36 million.

The surge comes after the company reported strong first-half results, with revenue rising 66.73% year-on-year to RMB 2.54 billion and net profit attributable to shareholders reaching RMB 67.59 million, marking a turnaround from a loss in the same period last year.

Breaking down the performance by product line, signal chain products generated RMB 1.011 billion in revenue during the first half, up 72.64% year-on-year, while power management products contributed RMB 879 million, a 69.28% increase. Sensor products rounded out the portfolio with RMB 643 million in revenue, up 55.63% from the prior year.

According to securities firm Founder Securities, the analog IC industry currently enjoys high order visibility alongside tight capacity supply, as AI applications consume a significant portion of available manufacturing capacity. If AI investment continues at elevated levels, the current analog IC upcycle could persist for several years, the brokerage noted.

The firm highlighted that NOVOSENSE has been actively expanding its first, second, and third-tier power supply solutions, with the AI power product line emerging as a key growth driver. In 2026, the company established a dedicated high-performance computing power product division to further capitalize on this opportunity.
