Lingbao Gold (03330) announced that Mr. Huang Hui has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He will also assume the role of Chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, in addition to serving as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. These appointments are effective from January 22, 2026.
