It focuses deeply on industrial finance aligned with the construction of a modern industrial system, continuously enhancing its reputation in four key areas: technology finance, green finance, wealth management, and investment banking, with the goal of building a top-tier value bank. From January to June this year, the bank's loan growth exceeded the previous year's level with an optimized structure. Notably, loans for technology, green initiatives, and manufacturing increased by 12.98%, 9.63%, and 9.58% respectively compared to the beginning of the year. New loans to key industries accounted for over 45% of the increase in corporate loans.

The company's cash dividend payout ratio for the 2025 fiscal year reached 31.02%, marking the 16th consecutive year of increase. It has also formulated and announced a mid-term profit distribution plan for the 2026 fiscal year. In the first half of this year, the company received increased holdings from large and medium-sized insurance companies and state-owned enterprises in Fujian Province, demonstrating confidence in Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.'s long-term development prospects.

Key Initiative 3: Supporting High-Quality Development of Listed Companies

Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd. serves 3,788 A-share listed companies through its integrated commercial and investment banking services, achieving a cooperation coverage rate of approximately 69%. Utilizing tools for stock repurchase and increase-related relending, the bank served 79 clients with disbursements nearing 10 billion yuan, placing its scale among the leading joint-stock banks.

Key Initiative 4: Expanding Equity Asset Allocation Scale

Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd. has improved its long-cycle assessment mechanisms to guide long-term investments. Its subsidiaries in wealth management, fund management, and trust have significantly expanded their product offerings containing equity elements. As of the end of June this year, the equity-related products of Xingyin Wealth Management, Industrial Fund, and Industrial Trust increased by 141.1 billion yuan, 24.6 billion yuan, and 21.8 billion yuan respectively compared to the beginning of the year, representing growth rates of 44%, 43%, and 19%. Simultaneously, the bank is fully leveraging its investment arm, Xingyin Investment, to invest in emerging and future industries such as new energy, new materials, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors, injecting "patient capital" into the development of new quality productive forces.
