Helens announces RMB0.0554 final dividend for FY2025, payment set for 2 June 2026

Helens International Holdings Company Limited (Helens) has released an updated final-dividend schedule for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Arrangements for Singapore shareholders Holders on the Singapore register must submit transfer documents and share certificates to In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. by 17:00 (Singapore time) on 21 May 2026 to qualify for the dividend. The payout will be made in Singapore dollars, converted from Renminbi at the People’s Bank of China official rate quoted on 14 May 2026.

Board composition As of the announcement date, the board comprises four executive directors—Xu Bingzhong, Cai Wenjun, He Daqing and Lei Xing—and three independent non-executive directors—Li Dong, Wang Renrong and Ler Soon Hock Leonard.
