2026年6月2日，澳优（01717）发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于当日在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股59,000股，约占该公司当日已发行股本的0.0033%，每股回购价格介乎港币1.37元至1.40元，合计耗资约港币8.10万元。回购股份拟予以注销，变动后公司已发行股本维持在1,778,144,841股，暂无库藏股变化。
公告称，上述回购根据2026年5月28日获通过的购回授权进行，授权下公司可回购的股份总数为177,814,484股，截至目前累计已回购股份数量为129,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.0073%。公司进一步确认本次回购活动符合相关上市规则及法律法规的要求。
