文业集团2026年上半年营收84.3百万元，经调整净亏损4.2百万元

2026年上半年，文业集团（股票代码：01802）实现营收84.3百万元，同比增长1,918.4%。同期经调整净收益由2025年上半年的8.86亿元转为经调整净亏损4.2百万元。主要原因在于2025年上半年一次性确认了处置文业装饰业务产生的9.52亿元收入，导致去年同期基数较高。此外，销售成本也随新项目增加大幅上涨，由2025年同期的3.7百万元增长至74.9百万元。毛利率则由2025年同期的12.0%微降至2026年上半年的11.1%。

上半年经营现金流净额由2025年同期的19.05百万元转为-6.43百万元，管理层将其主要归因于业务扩展及相关营运成本的增加。行政开支约为6.7百万元，与去年同期保持在基本相近水平。

业务分项方面，建筑装饰（含室内外装修与装饰工程）依旧是主要收入来源，贡献占比接近 99.9%，金额约为84.16百万元；设计服务收入约为0.13百万元。受益于持续开拓公共基础设施、商业及住宅装修等项目，新项目数量同比明显攀升。

公司对下半年市场前景整体维持审慎乐观，强调会进一步聚焦室内外装修及幕墙设计的核心业务，并通过优化现金流和加强项目管理，为持续增长与市场拓展提供有力支持。
