报告期内（截至2025年11月30日止六个月），天成控股有限公司实现营收约5,930万港元，同比2024年同期的约1.08亿港元下降45.2%。报告期经调整净亏损约2,030万港元，相较上一年同期净亏损约1,240万港元，亏损幅度扩大至62.9%。

期内一般及行政开支约710万港元，同比去年同期减少约11.3%，主要由于一般及行政人员数量减少。员工成本约1,970万港元，较去年同期的约2,890万港元下降约31.8%。经营活动现金流方面，公司报告期内经营现金流出约1,010万港元。

业务分项

海事建筑工程板块营收约4,660万港元，同比下降45.2%，主要原因在于大型项目数量减少。报告期内海事建造业务的成本面承压，项目执行中遇到的码头重建难度较高，导致分部亏损进一步扩大。

其他土木工程板块营收约1,140万港元，同比下降31.7%。但该分部实现了毛利改善，主要原因是三跑道系统内相关土木工程项目的进展顺利。

船隻租赁服务板块本期营收约10万港元，上年同期为约610万港元，降幅明显，源于上年较大规模租赁项目已经完成。

康养服务板块自2024年初启动以来持续增长，期内录得营收约124万港元，同比增幅约276.6%，该分部毛利率约30%，凸显了新业务对整体业绩的有益补充。
