2026年8月17日，高视医疗科技有限公司（02407）发布自愿公告称，其全资子公司高视创新科技有限公司已与德国HEIDELBERG ENGINEERING GmbH签订为期五年的独家代理协议。根据协议，HEIDELBERG将在除中华人民共和国以外的全球范围内独家代理销售高视创新自主研发并生产的角膜共聚焦显微镜T3，并负责市场推广及相关技术服务。 角膜共聚焦显微镜T3可用于活体观察角膜及结膜，辅助诊断感染性、非感染性角膜变性与营养不良、免疫性病变、圆锥角膜，以及手术相关、外伤、干眼、全身病相关角膜病变等多类角结膜疾病，为疾病诊断和病情评估提供依据。 公告同时指出，自1998年起，高视医疗一直是HEIDELBERG旗下眼科成像系统在中国的独家经销商，双方长期保持重要业务合作关系。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
