On September 18, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 7.40 million H shares of WEICHAI POWER (stock code 02338) off-exchange by way of ceasing to hold a security interest in the shares (nature of consideration: non-cash assets). The transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in WEICHAI POWER was 138.97 million shares, representing 7.15%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 131.57 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 6.77%.
