2026年3月9日，保诚（02378）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于3月6日在伦敦证券交易所回购371,760股普通股（每股面值0.05英镑），对应已发行股本约0.014669%。每股回购价介乎10.555英镑至11.005英镑，总金额为3,991,363.71英镑。
同日，公司注销了此前于3月4日购回的364,056股股份，注销后已发行股本（不含库存股份）数目为2,533,980,628股。根据公告，公司还在3月5日购回了357,726股股份，目前尚未完成注销。
回购授权于2025年5月14日获得通过，授权总数为262,668,701股，至今公司已在包括本交易所在内的证券交易所合计回购73,190,351股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约2.810064%。公司确认，本次回购活动符合香港联交所上市规则及相关规定。
