On 14 October 2026 Abbisko Cayman Limited (Abbisko) disclosed a further share repurchase under its existing mandate, acquiring 50,000 ordinary shares via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 7.39 to HKD 7.46. The purchases, executed for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.37 million, were completed under the repurchase mandate approved on 20 May 2026.
Following the transaction, Abbisko’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.00698 % to 716.51 million, while treasury shares increased to 9.70 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 726.21 million, as the latest buyback shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.
Since the granting of the current repurchase mandate, Abbisko has bought back 1.95 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, equivalent to 0.27 % of the company’s outstanding shares on the mandate date. The authorisation permits repurchases of up to 71.65 million shares.
In addition to the new treasury shares, Abbisko still holds 2.49 million shares that were repurchased between March and April 2025 for eventual cancellation but have not yet been cancelled.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Abbisko is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 13 November 2026.
All repurchase activities were confirmed by the company as being conducted in accordance with the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and the previously issued explanatory statement dated 28 April 2026.
