云迹（02670）于2026年6月9日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日通过香港联交所场内回购公司普通H股。该次回购涉及3,500股，约占回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的0.006%。
本次回购每股成交价介乎312.20港元至317.20港元，总耗资约109.65万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由62,482,388股减少至62,478,888股，库藏股份由117,250股增至120,750股。截至本次回购后，公司已发行股份总数仍为62,599,638股。
公告显示，本次回购已于2026年6月9日获得股东大会授予的回购授权，授权总数为6,248,238股；此次回购量占授权当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数目的约0.005%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律法规，回购股份已获董事会正式授权。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁支濤签署。
