Advisors involved in the preparations anticipate that the company could aim to raise over $75 billion in the IPO, up from prior estimates of $50 billion. The company's latest valuation stands at $1.25 trillion, with the final fundraising amount and valuation to be determined in the weeks leading up to the IPO.
