综合环保集团（00923）6月4日晚间发布盈利预告称，根据截至目前的初步未审计综合管理账目及现有资料，公司预计截至2026年3月31日止财政年度（“2026财年”）的股东应占亏损将较上年同期减少约64%至66%。
公告显示，2025财年公司录得股东应占亏损约4.90亿港元。按此测算，2026财年预计亏损区间约为1.66亿至1.76亿港元。
管理层将亏损大幅收窄归因于以下因素： 1. 位于将军澳总部的物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产的减值亏损显著下降； 2. 相关土地及楼宇已于2025年3月31日撇减至可收回金额，导致2026财年的折旧及摊销费用大幅减少； 3. 集团在内地危废处理项目联营公司的权益已于2025年3月31日全额减值，2026财年不再计提该联营公司亏损份额。
公司目前正接近完成2026财年综合财务报表的编制工作，相关数据尚未经过核数师审核。综合环保集团计划于2026年6月底披露年度业绩。
