由贝莱德旗下全球基础设施投资平台GIP领衔的投资者同意以包括债务在内约400亿美元的估值收购Aligned Data Centers。
根据周三发布的声明，阿布扎比主权财富基金Mubadala Investment旗下的人工智能投资公司MGX将与GIP共同出资。买方将从麦格理资产管理手中购得该公司。这笔交易是史上最大的数据中心收购案，标志着投资者正加码押注人工智能带来的基础设施红利。
总部位于得州的Aligned在美国和南美洲运营，共拥有50个园区、78个在管及在建数据中心。今年1月，该公司获得包括麦格理管理基金在内的投资者逾120亿美元股权与债务承诺。
