Xiao Noodles buys back 392,000 H-shares; cumulative repurchases reach 6.99 million, or 0.98 % of share capital

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) disclosed its latest Next Day Disclosure Return, confirming continued execution of the share-repurchase programme authorised on 26 January 2026.

1. Share capital status • Issued H-shares stood at 710.69 million as of 7 May 2026, unchanged from the previous reporting date. • There are no treasury shares on the books; all repurchased shares are pending cancellation.

2. Daily repurchase on 7 May 2026 • Volume: 392,000 shares (to be cancelled). • Price range: HKD 4.11–4.21 per share, with total consideration of HKD 1.63 million. • Method: On-market purchase on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

3. Cumulative repurchases under the 2026 mandate • Aggregate since 3 February 2026: 6.99 million shares. • Proportion of issued shares when the mandate was granted: 0.98 %. • Authorised ceiling: 71.07 million shares, leaving ample headroom for further buybacks.

4. Moratorium on new issuance Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), Xiao Noodles is restricted from issuing new shares until 6 June 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

The company confirmed that all buybacks complied with Hong Kong listing rules, and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement filed with the Exchange on 7 January 2026.
