MetaOptics Ltd announced that it received a listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on Dec, 15 2025 for the listing of 6,685,028 new ordinary shares on the Catalist Board.
The approval is conditional on the company’s compliance with SGX-ST listing requirements. MetaOptics said it will issue further updates on the placement as material developments arise.
