本次回购后，知乎的已发行股本仍由254,416,106股A类普通股及15,446,778股B类普通股组成，总数269,862,884股，库藏股数目暂无变化。根据公告，公司回购授权于2025年6月25日获批，总授权上限为26,300,429股；目前累计已回购2,411,970股，占授权通过时已发行股本的约0.917%。
