Coastal Greenland Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 30 June 2026. The agenda includes two key items:
1. Approval of the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
2. Consideration of a final dividend recommendation, if any.
The meeting notice was signed by Chairman Jiang Ming on 15 June 2026. The current board consists of three executive directors (Jiang Ming, Li Ting, Lin Chen Hsin), two non-executive directors (Qiu Guizhong, Zhou Xiya) and three independent non-executive directors (Wong Kai Cheong, Yang Jiangang, Huang Xihua).
