诺诚健华医药有限公司（09969）9月14日公告，公司已完成2024年科创板限制性股票激励计划预留授予部分首个归属期的股份登记，本次归属股份将于2026年9月17日在上交所上市流通。
本次上市股份为股权激励股份，涉及网下认购的A股581,137股，归属对象为公司86名其他员工，占其预留授予限制性股票总量的25%。公司董事及高级管理人员不在本次归属范围内。
归属完成后，公司已发行股份总数由1,769,107,002股增至1,769,688,139股，增幅约0.03%，公司第一大股东持股比例不变。
安永华明会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具的验资报告显示，截至2026年9月2日，公司已收到上述激励对象缴纳的新增股本款人民币3,864,561.05元，全部以货币形式出资。
根据公司2026年半年度报告，期内归属于上市公司股东的净利润为246,355,891.77元，基本每股收益0.14元。本次新增股份将对该指标产生摊薄效应，但对最近一期财务状况和经营成果不构成重大影响。
