美图公司（于开曼群岛注册成立的有限公司，并以“美图之家”名称于香港经营业务，股份代号：01357）于2026年2月20日发布翌日披露报表，公告于2026年2月20日回购2,057,000股股份。此次回购股份占公司回购前已发行股份总数的0.04%，回购价格区间为每股6.04港元至6.10港元，合计支付金额达12,508,470港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数由4,582,962,280股减少至4,580,905,280股，同时库藏股数量增至5,274,000股。公司此前于2025年6月5日获得股东授予的回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为456,617,928股。公司确认，上述回购活动已遵照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规进行。
本次翌日披露报表由公司秘书颜劲良签署。
