华津国际控股有限公司（02738）9月16日公告，控股股东海逸有限公司于2026年9月14日通过配售代理进行场外配售，向多名承配人合共出售1.74亿股已发行股份，占公告日期公司已发行股本约29.00%，平均售价约为每股0.038港元。
出售前，海逸有限公司持有公司3.915亿股股份，占已发行股本约65.25%；出售完成后，持股量降至2.175亿股，占已发行股本约36.25%，仍为公司的控股股东。
公司董事会表示，经合理查询，所有承配人及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方；本次出售预计不会对集团的业务营运、财务状况及管理架构造成重大影响，也不会影响公司的正常业务发展及日常经营。
截至公告日，海逸有限公司全部已发行股本由Intrend Ventures Limited合法及实益拥有，后者全部已发行股本由许松庆先生合法及实益拥有。就香港《证券及期货条例》而言，许松庆先生及Intrend Ventures Limited被视为于海逸有限公司所持全部公司股份中拥有权益。
