LANDSEA MGMT (00106) announced that effective August 25, 2025, Xie Cilong has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director as he wishes to devote more time to other personal matters. Following his resignation, Xie Cilong will no longer serve as chairman of the company's nomination committee or as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and environmental, social and governance committee.
