JANCO HOLDINGS (08035) announced that effective September 1, 2025, Mr. Tan Ziyang has resigned from his positions as non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Dai Jingfeng has been appointed as non-executive director and new chairman of the board of directors, while Mr. Chen Guowei has been appointed as chief executive officer.
