All-Link Air & Sea Limited (ALK) began trading on the SGX Mainboard on Aug, 05 2026, opening at 0.53 Singapore dollars.
The Singapore-headquartered freight forwarder provides cross-border air, sea and road transportation, as well as customs-clearance services across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Operating an asset-light model through partnerships with airlines, carriers and third-party logistics providers, the company serves customers in technology, electronics and consumer products.
Chief Executive Officer Peter Neo said the initial public offering proceeds will fund expansion into Vietnam and Thailand, increase air-freight capacity and support investment in AI-driven logistics technologies aimed at meeting rising e-commerce and regional supply-chain demand.
SGX Group’s Head of Global Sales and Origination, Pol de Win, welcomed the listing, noting that All-Link Air & Sea’s focus on key Southeast Asian trade lanes positions it to benefit from ongoing supply-chain shifts in the region.
