匯財金融投資控股有限公司于2026年2月9日（交易時段後）公告，旗下間接全資附屬公司匯財貸款有限公司與借方訂立貸款協議，擬向借方提供本金額2,000,000港元的貸款，期限自2026年2月9日至2026年8月8日，年息36厘，按月付息。擔保方同意就該筆貸款提供擔保。
公告顯示，上述貸款及現有本金700,000港元的貸款（年息12厘）合併計算後，一項相關適用百分比率超過5%但少於25%，構成GEM上市規則第19章所規定的須予披露交易。根據公告，貸款資金來自集團內部資源。董事認為，協議條款經公平磋商並符合商業常規，可為集團帶來利息收入，整體安排對公司及股東有利。
集團主要在香港從事金融交易軟件解決方案、其他資訊科技與互聯網金融平台服務、借貸業務及資產投資。匯財貸款有限公司為該公司的間接全資附屬公司，也是放債人牌照持牌人。
