1. 收入约11.67亿元至12.17亿元，较2025年同期增长约15%至20%。
2. 净利润约1.05亿元至1.16亿元，同比增长约35%至50%。
公司董事会将利润增长归因于三方面： • 聚焦核心品类、拓展消费场景并丰富产品矩阵，带动线上与线下渠道收入同步提升； • 通过燕窝智能工厂的升级及工艺迭代提高生产效率，优化成本结构，提升毛利率； • 2025年6月计提的商誉减值在2026年6月未再出现相关减值。
