Chaoju Eye Care posts stable share capital structure in May 2026 monthly return

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited (Chaoju Eye Care) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a steady share capital position and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

Authorised share capital • Authorized share count remained unchanged at 1.52 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00025 each, keeping total authorised capital steady at HKD 0.38 million.

Issued shares and treasury shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 705.18 million, unchanged from the previous month. • Treasury shares: none held. • Consequently, total issued share capital also stood unchanged at 705.18 million shares.

Public-float compliance • The company affirmed that at month-end it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares.

Share repurchases pending cancellation • Although no new repurchases occurred in May, 742,000 shares repurchased on 6 June 2025 (382,000 shares) and 12 May 2026 (360,000 shares) remain pending formal cancellation. These shares are excluded from the issued-share figure reported above.

No outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles or other share-issuance arrangements were recorded for the month. The return was signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Zhang Guangdi on 2 June 2026.
