信邦控股（01571）于2026年5月28日公告显示，公司基于2017年6月5日采纳的“2017年购股权计划”分别向董事及其他参与人共发行了4,450,000股新股，其中包括向董事行使期权发行的214,000股，以及向其他参与人行使期权发行的4,236,000股。上述发行股份价格均为每股3.45港元，合计发行股数占本次发行前已发行股份总数的约0.44%。
公告指出，本次发行完成后，公司的已发行股份总数增至1,008,107,000股，同时库存股份数维持不变。公司确认已取得董事会正式授权，并遵守了香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
