QEEKA HOME Reports No Change in Share Capital for September 2026

Qeeka Home (Cayman) Inc. (abbreviated as QEEKA HOME) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable capital structure over the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 0.20 million.

Issued share capital was likewise steady: 1.15 billion ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of September 2026. QEEKA HOME held no treasury shares during the period, and no shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled.

The board affirmed that the public float met the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as at 30 September 2026.

No movements occurred under share option schemes, warrants, or convertible securities. Although the 2021 Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Scheme encompasses 28.52 million and 7.24 million granted shares, the filing states that zero new shares were issued or transferred in September under these arrangements.

All requisite confirmations regarding regulatory compliance, receipt of funds, and documentation have been provided by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Tian Yuan, who submitted the return on 2 October 2026.

Overall, QEEKA HOME’s equity structure and public float position were unchanged during the reporting month, reflecting a period of capital stability.
