华润燃气(01193)于2026年5月29日公告，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购2,200,300股普通股，占已发行股本约0.09509%。本次回购的每股价格介乎港币17.91元至18.57元，合计支付约4041.31万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为2,314,012,871股，公司暂无库藏股。董事会另指出，此次回购已于2026年5月28日获得股东大会授权，根据授权可回购股份总数为231,401,287股。目前公司确认本次回购相关事宜符合法律法规及香港联交所证券上市规则的相关规定。
