本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由回购前的1,159,940,917股减少至1,159,620,917股；同期库存股份增加至2,500,000股，合计已发行股本维持在1,162,120,917股。根据此前于2025年5月20日通过的购回授权，恒安国际可回购共116,212,091股，截至本次回购后已回购股份数量为2,500,000股，占授权总额的约0.2151%。
