CHI MER LAND (00978) announced that due to work arrangement adjustments, Mr. Jiang Tiefeng has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Board Chairman and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from November 14, 2025. The Board further announced that Mr. Zhu Wenkai has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, Board Chairman, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
