广联科技控股有限公司（02531.HK）3月19日晚间发布盈利警告称，经对截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审计综合管理账初步评估，预计期内将实现净利润约0.20亿至0.24亿元人民币，较2024财年的0.443亿元人民币下滑约45%至55%。\n\n公司指出，本年度净利润预计下降的主要原因包括：\n1. 为拓展新能源领域客户及增设线下门店，扩大市场覆盖并提升品牌影响力，前期营销资源投入显著增加，导致销售费用上升；\n2. 为支持新增业务场景落地，研发投入力度加大；\n3. 报告期内汇率波动带来汇兑损失，同比增幅进一步压缩净利润。\n\n目前，公司年度财务报表尚在最终敲定中，相关数据未经审计，年度业绩公告预计将于2026年3月底前发布。
