On 04 March 2026, YIDU TECH (02158) repurchased 6.46 million shares at an average price of HKD 5.51 per share. The aggregate transaction amount reached HKD 35.61 million. After the repurchase, the total issued shares remained at 1.07 billion, with the number of shares excluding treasury shares at 1.04 billion.
Treasury shares rose from 30.47 million to 36.94 million. Under the updated figures, the closing balance of issued shares excluding treasury shares stands at 1.04 billion, while the number of treasury shares is 36.94 million as of 04 March 2026.
