Hong Kong stock exchange filings reveal that on August 28, Xie Zhaokai increased his holdings in METASPACEX (01796) by 852,000 shares, with each share priced at HKD 0.508, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 432,800.
Following this acquisition, Xie Zhaokai's total shareholding has risen to around 161 million shares, representing a 33.55% stake in the company.
