China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that the company’s share structure remained unchanged during the month.
The telecom operator closed September with 30.60 billion ordinary shares in issue and zero treasury shares, identical to the balance at the end of August. Throughout the month, the company executed no share issuances, cancellations, repurchases, options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked transactions.
China Unicom also certified compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 10 percent, stating that the requisite free-float threshold was met as of 30 September.
The filing, signed by Company Secretary Chan Ngar Wai on 2 October 2026, contained no additional movements in authorised or registered share capital and no activity involving Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.
