公司股票自2025年7月2日起于GEM暂停买卖，董事会暂未披露可供比照的近12个月股价数据。公司将于2026年9月28日上午10时30分在香港上环德辅道中317-319号启德商业大厦16楼1606D&E室召开股东周年大会，就该购回授权进行表决。公司提醒股东留意出席会议相关手续，并在指定时间内办理股份过户登记手续。股东如无法亲身出席，可委任代表投票。董事会将继续密切关注市场状况，审慎决定实际购回的时机和规模。
