9月24日夜盘，金山云（KC）股价大涨5.04%。消息面上，金山云宣布计划配售新股，为公司AI业务发展筹集资金。
根据金山云公告，公司拟以每股8.29港元的价格，向不少于六名承配人配售总计3.38亿股新股。配售价较9月23日收盘价9.09港元折让约8.8%。若配售股份全部成功发行，预计募集资金净额约为27.6亿港元。
金山云表示，将把80%的募集资金用于支持AI业务，包括扩张基础设施及提升云服务能力；剩余20%将用于补充营运资金及其他企业用途。公司计划在2028年12月31日前完成资金使用。
金山云在公告中指出，近年来生成式AI技术快速发展，并已广泛应用于各行各业。公司2025年上半年AI业务已实现收入与盈利增长。此次募资将有助于金山云进一步扩大AI业务规模，增强公司在云计算和AI领域的竞争力。
