2026年8月21日，嘀嗒出行（02559）发布公告称，因未能满足香港联合交易所《上市规则》第13.32B条规定的最低25%公眾持股量要求，且公眾持股市值低于5亿港元，公司已被界定为《上市规则》第13.32F条所述的“公眾持股量嚴重不足”。
公告显示，股份要约结束后，eLong, Inc.（要约人）及其一致行动人士合计持有910,755,954股股份，占公司已发行股份总数的88.74%；公众股东合计持有115,526,390股股份，占比11.26%。截至公告日，公司已发行股份总数为1,026,282,344股。
根据《上市规则》第13.32G(3)条，嘀嗒出行须在2028年2月20日或之前恢复符合最低公眾持股量要求，否则联交所将取消其股份上市地位。
公司表示，要约人及董事会将采取适当措施，在切实可行的情况下尽快恢复公眾持股量，相关计划细节将按《上市规则》要求另行公告。在合规前，嘀嗒出行将继续遵守信息披露义务，并避免进一步降低公眾持股比例的举措。
