2026年7月20日，叶氏化工集团有限公司（00408）公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“2026年中期”）未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，预计期内归属本公司股东的净利润不少于1.39亿元，较2025年同期约0.66亿元增长不少于110%。
公司指出，业绩大幅增长的主要原因包括： 1. 溶剂产品售价飙升并把握市场机遇，带动溶剂联营公司业务在2026年中期录得显著净利增长； 2. 油墨业务继续扩大市场份额，销量及收入双增，推动该业务分类溢利提升； 3. 2025年12月完成收购北京信诺海博石化科技发展有限公司约60%股权后，其财务业绩已于2026年中期并表。
上述正面因素部分被2025年中期出售上海金山闲置土地所录得的非经常性收益缺失所抵销。
公司表示，相关数据基于董事会对2026年中期未经审计综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，尚未经过核数师或审计委员会审核。完整中期业绩将按《香港联合交易所证券上市规则》要求适时公布。
