WING TAI PPT (00369) announced that the Board of Directors declared Mr. Zhou Weiwei, the company's Executive Director, will step down as Managing Director of the Group's Property Investment and Management Division effective December 5, 2025. Concurrently, he will be re-designated as a Non-Executive Director of the company from the same date.
