艾伯维(ABBV.US)近日与美国政府签署协议，承诺下调部分药品价格并在美本土投资1000亿美元，以换取特定关税豁免资格。
近期，特朗普政府频频以高额关税相要挟，施压各大制药企业扩大在美业务布局，具体要求包括：为美国医疗补助计划(Medicaid)提供低价药品、直接向患者销售平价药物，以及确保药品海外售价不低于美国本土定价。艾伯维在周一发布的声明中表示，本次签署的协议全面响应了上述四项要求。
今年7月，特朗普曾向17家制药企业致函，敦促其落实相关整改措施。据公开信息显示，目前除再生元制药公司(REGN.US)外，其余企业均已与政府达成协议。
根据协议，未来十年内，艾伯维将把这1000亿美元投向美国本土的研发领域及资本开支项目，其中涵盖药品生产制造环节。不过，对于这笔资金的具体使用细则，该公司暂未回应置评请求。
声明同时指出，艾伯维还将下调医疗补助计划中的药品定价，并通过特朗普政府推出的“TrumpRx”官网平台向患者直接供应部分药品。
作为交换条件，艾伯维将获得关税豁免资格，同时免于受到未来药品定价强制政策的约束。
