2月2日，神州控股早盘一度涨近50%，截至发稿涨超31%，其附属神州信息预计年度利润实现扭亏为盈。
消息面上，神州控股发布公告，于2026年1月30日，公司间接非全资附属公司神州数码信息服务集团股份有限公司(神州信息)公布了其截至2025年12月31日止的年度业绩预告。据此，神州信息预期将取得该期间归属于神州信息股东的净利润人民币4600万元至人民币6900万元(2024年:亏损约人民币5.24亿元)，实现扭亏为盈。
公司表示，业绩大幅增长是公司积极开拓市场，营业收入同比提升，推动利润实现增长；其次，公司加强收款项管理，回款情况明显改善；此外，商誉减值较上年显著下降。据神州控股公告信息，目前持有神州信息约38.70%的股份。因此，神州信息利润的大幅增长，也将对神州控股2025年整体业绩情况产生积极助力。
