基石药业-B于2026年4月22日发布公告，披露其已发行股本出现变动。公告称，公司在2026年4月1日至4月22日期间，因多次行使雇员持股计划授予的期权发行普通股共计221,061股，发行价格区间介乎每股港币0.39港元至4.619港元。此外，公司于4月22日根据4月14日签订的配售协议，以一般授权配发及发行118,000,000股新股，约占配发前已发行股本的7.99%，发行价格为每股8.97港元，涉资约10.58亿港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本由1,476,018,722股增至1,594,239,783股。公告同时显示，相关股份发行及申购已获得公司董事会的正式授权并符合上市规则及其他适用法律规定。公告由公司董事李伟签署。
