The board, chaired by Gu Zhongli, is encouraging all registered shareholders to access the “Website Version” of these documents and future corporate communications to enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage. Shareholders who have previously opted for printed copies will find hard-copy documents enclosed with the notification.

1. Access & Notification • Shareholders who have provided a valid email address will receive electronic alerts when new corporate communications are published online. • Those experiencing difficulties with email delivery or website access, or who prefer physical copies, can request printed materials by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 1561-ecom@vistra.com.

2. Updating Contact Information • Maintaining a functional email address on record is the shareholders’ responsibility. Without it, Pan Asia Data can send only printed notices until an updated email address is provided.

3. Validity of Print Requests • Instructions to receive printed copies remain effective for all future corporate communications until the earlier of a written revocation or 31 December 2026. Subsequent requests will be required to extend printed delivery beyond this date.
