ZHAOJIN MINING (01818) announced that on November 3, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Zhaojin Mining Limited, entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SigmaLayer Company Limited (SigmaLayer), a member of Ant Group's technology commercialization arm (Ant Digital Technologies).

According to the MOU, the Group and Ant Digital Technologies will establish a strategic partnership across multiple domains based on blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) core technologies. Key areas of collaboration include: - Digitalization and tokenization of overseas gold assets; - AI-driven intelligent supply chain and risk control systems; - Trusted value delivery in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) fields.

Any specific activities or projects under this cooperation will require formal agreements signed by the parties, strictly adhering to compliance and security requirements.

With accelerating global digital transformation, the integration of AI and blockchain has become a pivotal force in industrial advancement. This strategic partnership leverages the respective strengths of both parties: Ant Digital Technologies’ expertise in AI and blockchain, combined with ZHAOJIN MINING’s professional experience in the mining sector, will jointly explore new pathways for digital upgrades in overseas gold industries.
