Weiye Holdings Postpones AGM to 30 June 2026; Book Closure and Proxy Arrangements Unchanged

Weiye Holdings Limited announced that its Board has deferred the 2026 Annual General Meeting from the originally scheduled 29 May 2026 to 10:00 a.m. on 30 June 2026. The meeting venue will be disclosed in a forthcoming notice.

All resolutions outlined in the 30 April 2026 AGM notice and circular remain intact and will be tabled at the rescheduled session.

The book-closure period and record date for determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the AGM are unchanged.

Proxy forms already lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited remain valid. Shareholders wishing to submit a new proxy must do so no later than 10:00 a.m. on 28 June 2026 (48 hours before the postponed AGM). The most recently received proxy will supersede any prior submission.

Apart from the revised AGM date and pending venue announcement, all other information in the previous notice and circular is unchanged.
