本次回购股份约占公司现有已发行股本0.0048%。截至2026年2月10日，心动有限公司的已发行股本总数维持为495,118,164股，暂无库藏股。董事会指出，此次回购根据2025年5月29日通过的购回授权进行，授权回购总数为49,167,523股。目前公司累计已回购399,400股，占授权通过时公司已发行股本的约0.0812%。
