CHANGJIU HLDGS (06959) announced that Ms. Jin Ting has submitted her resignation as non-executive director and member of the company's audit committee, effective September 1, 2025. Ms. Jin cited her intention to devote more time to her other commitments as the reason for her resignation.
Mr. Shen Jinjun, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee, also effective September 1, 2025.
